About me

With over a decade of experience as a license mental health therapist, I am passionate about providing a compassionate and safe environment for clients to explore more about themselves. My approach to therapy is to create a nurturing space where all clients feel understood, supported, and empowered.

I specialize in trauma, specifically trained in EMDR ( Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy) which I use to help clients process and heal from past experiences. I have extensive experience in treating anxiety and helping individuals acquire the tools to manage their symptoms and lead fulfilling lives. For couples seeking a deeper connection and improved communication, I use the Gottman therapy modality in which I am currently trained Level 3.
